The State of California requires that all California employers with 50 or more employees provide at least two hours of sexual harassment avoidance training to all supervisors, every 2 years. New supervisors must be trained within the first 6-months of employment/promotion. This training is mandatory for any supervisor who hires, fires, disciplines and/or directs the work of one or more employees. Be sure to register your managers and supervisors for this interactive, practical and engaging state-mandated seminar.
